My Background
I'm a registered nurse with a love for adventure. In 2022, I spent 311 days road-tripping from Georgia to Washington and back with my husband and 2 cats in our Jeep Cherokee (Rhonda!). We drove 30,000 miles across the USA and eloped in Oregon along the way! On this amazing trip we were able to spend time in 14 states; visit 18 National Parks & 4 National Monuments; and went international 3 times; once to Mexico, and twice to British Columbia, Canada where we visited Victoria, Vancouver, and Whistler. We have also spent 10 glorious days EACH adventuring around Costa Rica as well as exploring Sitka, Alaska. We have only been able to see Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and Hotel Xcaret, Mexico so far, with many more on the list and I have been to Puerto Rico as well as Belize. I love to plan, learn, and research travel all around the world and would love to help you plan the vacation of your dreams. When we're not traveling, we spend time hiking, kayaking, or with family/friends.
Top Destinations
It is SO hard to pick favorites when each place is beautiful for its own reasons. Costa Rica is definitely at the top of our list, because it is so beautiful and diverse and has many different opportunities for adventure. However, I really love Alaska and B.C. Canada and I hope to spend more time in each place again soon. My favorite state in the US is Washington, closely followed by Oregon. There's something about the PNW! We have been to many amazing National Parks, but my favorites have been Mount Rainier, Yosemite, & Yellowstone.
